How to use

1. Cut off a length of floss, roughly the length of your forearm.
2. Wind most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a short section to work with.
3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
4. Curve the floss into a C-shape against each tooth and slide it up and down, including just below the gumline.
5. Use a clean section of floss as you move between teeth, and rinse your mouth once finished.
