How to use

1. Wash and dry your hands, then wash and sterilise the bottle, teat, cap, cup and spoon.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to lukewarm.
3. Pour the required amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle or cup.
4. Use only the enclosed scoop, levelled off, to measure the powder according to the feeding guide on the pack.
5. Cap the bottle and shake well, or stir if using a cup, until the powder is fully dissolved.
6. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding your baby.
7. Prepare each feed fresh and discard any formula left in the bottle after feeding.
