How to use

1. Remove the cap from your inhaler and shake it well.
2. Insert the mouthpiece of the inhaler firmly into the back of the spacer.
3. Place the spacer mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips around it.
4. Press down on the inhaler once to release a dose of medication into the spacer.
5. Breathe in slowly and deeply, then hold your breath for a few seconds before breathing out.
6. If another dose is needed, shake the inhaler again and repeat the process.
7. Clean the spacer regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions to keep it working effectively.
