How to use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the bottle, teat and cap or cup and spoon.
2. Sterilise the feeding equipment by boiling for 5 minutes, then leave covered until needed.
3. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to body temperature.
4. Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into the bottle or cup first.
5. Add the powder using only the scoop provided, levelling off any excess.
6. Cap and shake the bottle, or stir with a sterilised spoon, until the powder is fully dissolved.
7. Check the temperature of the feed before giving it to your baby.
8. Prepare only one bottle at a time, feed immediately, and discard any unfinished formula.
