How to use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the feed.
2. Wash the bottle, teat, cap or cup and spoon, and sterilise by boiling for 5 minutes; leave covered until use.
3. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool as directed on the pack.
4. Follow the feeding table on the pack exactly, pouring water into the bottle or cup first, then adding the powder using only the scoop provided, levelling off any excess.
5. Cap and shake the bottle, or stir the cup with a sterilised spoon, until the powder is fully dissolved.
6. Check the temperature before feeding, and always hold your baby upright while feeding.
7. Prepare only one bottle at a time and use immediately; discard any unfinished contents.
8. Ensure the scoop is dry before storing it back in the tin.
