How to use

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.
2. Wash bottles, teats and caps, then sterilise by boiling for 5 minutes and keep capped until use.
3. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm.
4. Pour the required amount of lukewarm water into a sterilised bottle.
5. Add 1 level scoop (8.5 g) of powder per 60 ml of water, using only the scoop provided.
6. Cap the bottle, shake well, and test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.
7. Discard any formula left in the bottle after a feed.
